The Bayberry at the Highlands x ipax
Bayside Builders is honored to serve as the general contractor for a new housing project in Summerside, PE, called The Bayberry at the Highlands. This project, which includes 34 one and two bedroom units, wraparound decks, and a warm, Scandi aesthetic, is on track to be unveiled in June 2024.

GREENWOOD CROSSING x LIGHTROCK
Bayside Builders has been slated as general contractor on an upcoming retail/commercial development on Greenwood Drive, at the entry point of a new proposed subdivision across from Credit Union Place and the Dome, called Greenwood Crossing.
