Bayside Builders Partners with Revival Home Design Company

A new design partnership built to close the gap between "what we build" and "what you actually want it to look like."

We've spent close to 40 years building homes on Prince Edward Island, and one thing has stayed consistent the whole time: Bayside runs lean. We're top notch at guiding the entire process from draft to delivery. We're detailed-oriented, fixated on quality, but we don't try to be everything.

At this point in the game, we don't need to carrying every part of that process anymore. Bayside does the core work exceedingly well: planning, building, handover. That frees us up to bring in specialized partners who can add something extra on top, without slowing anything down or compromising what we already do.

This is the motivator behind our new partnership with Anna and Revival Home Design Company, which started this past February.

Anna's role is complementary. She will step in at the exterior and interior finishing stage, helping clients land on the specific look and feel they're after — the kind of detail work that benefits from a dedicated design eye. She'll also be available to stage a completed project for clients getting ready to show or list. Some clients want that extra layer of refinement, with a low barrier to access it, and we hope you'll find, as we did, that Anna fits that role well.

Our partnership will focus now on residential new builds and renovations in Summerside and the surrounding area, offering custom design services and project management support. Design consultations start at $350 + HST, with project scope varying from there.
