After the overwhelming success of the Charlottetown location of Bibles for Missions' Mission Thrift Store, the non-profit group has expanded to Western PEI at a prime location on Greenwood Drive, in Summerside, across from the Eric Johnson turf field, the Dome, and the Credit Union Place. Bayside Builders was retained as project manager and builder on the all new Mission Thrift Store. Congratulations and thanks to Bibles for Missions for this exciting step forward for our community.

An all new master-planned community on Greenwood Drive has been proposed, that will see Bayside Builders as project manager on the collaborative construction of 200+ new homes in Summerside, PEI. City-approved zoning includes single family narrow lots and semi-detached lots, as well as space for thoughtfully placed multi-unit condos or rentals. Master plan and partnerships are yet to be announced.
