An all new master-planned community on Greenwood Drive has been proposed, that will see Bayside Builders as project manager on the collaborative construction of 200+ new homes in Summerside, PEI. City-approved zoning includes single family narrow lots and semi-detached lots, as well as space for thoughtfully placed multi-unit condos or rentals. Master plan and partnerships are yet to be announced.
